Meet the Director

Paige began her early childhood education journey as a pre-school teacher in California. Soon it was apparent that her exceptional talent and commitment to the children in care made her a perfect fit for Director. She remained the Director of a Montessori-inspired preschool for years before moving to Waxhaw, NC.

Paige possesses a degree in Early Childhood Education. She brings over 20+ years of experience to Sprouting Lil’ Minds.

  • Carlos has worked in Montessori-inspired preschools for years as the trusted handyman! He ensured the environment remained safe and clean for every child.

    He has completed additional training on ECE standards and child safety.

  • Bella is a recent high school graduate, graduating with honors. She loves playing with the children at Sprouting Lil’ Minds. She brings endless energy and enthusiasm to every activity - be it playing tag, dancing, or doing art activities.
